Inner Moving and Grooving
Come, have some fun, let your body loosen up as you learn ways to open your pelvis and release pressure! As a group we will be guided through positions and moves that help to ease the experience of contractions and we will just relax and let our bodies teach us the ways they want to move. At the same time we will get to know each other, dance with our babies, dance with ourselves and enjoy some precious belly time!
